This 4-hour live workshop provides a solid foundation in preparing for childbirth, breastfeeding, and birth planning. It’s perfect for those with a limited timeframe who want an introduction to Uncovering Birth, while preferring to do most of the research on their own. Designed to be taken with your birth partner, this class covers essential topics to help you both feel prepared and informed.

The class is conducted live via Zoom and is priced at $1,200.
A $100 deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due after your class date is confirmed.
