This is a dip-your-toes-into-empowered-birth offering. It's perfect for those who want an introduction without committing to a full birth education experience.
It covers the essentials to start you on your journey toward an empowered birth.
Can be taken with a partner or alone.
Empowered Birth
A LIVE 1:1 workshop led by Eyla
This is a four-hour workshop via Zoom that covers the foundations of preparing for childbirth & breastfeeding
Ideal for those with limited time who want a concise intro to intervention-free birth (while doing most of the research on your own).
Meant to be taken with your birth partner.

Do you need tailored support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey?
Our Holistic Birth Guidance Container is tailored to support women through preconception, prenatal, birth, and postpartum. It's also great for women who aren't currently pregnant but want coaching around fertility & conception.
What's included
This comprehensive support begins as soon as you sign up and is designed to offer personalized guidance at every stage.
- Eyla will get a whole picture of you; your needs, goals, and challenges and create a custom plan of action, tailored just for you & your current season of life.
- This container is ideal for women who will not have a doula at their birth but would like the holding and containment of a birth educator AND doula.
- Includes Eyla's birth class & breastfeeding class.
- Continuous support, recommendations, and guidance at every juncture.
- In-depth Birth Foundations Course included.
- Phone access via telegram & regular calls to plan, process and check in, so you feel supported every step of the way.
- Attendance at your birth is not included (arrangements can be made to attend via Zoom for an additional fee).
- Container time frame is at a maximum of 6 months (sessions must be used within that time).
Breastfeeding masterclass
